The delay in the delivery of the products will depend on the transportation by which they are sent and the import rules of the destination country

The products have a one-year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. We also provide technical support with our specialized engineers

To request a warranty or repair for the equipment, you can contact us via email or phone, and we will coordinate with our RMA department for the product to be sent to our laboratories, where the equipment will be inspected. After the analysis, we will assess whether it will be replaced or repaired.
